Acceptable Use

Our service assumes that you will use the Formidable CA Services' platform responsibly at all times.

To ensure that the service remains available to everyone at all times, you agree not to misuse the Formidable Solutions' services.

Accordingly, you must not, and must not attempt to, use the services to do the following things:

• violate the law in any way, or breach the copyright of any holder, or violate the privacy of others, or defame others;
• publish anything that is fraudulent, misleading, or infringes any other person's rights;
• misrepresent or falsely promote, pass off or advertise products or services as your own without the required authorisation;
• impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation, either directly or indirectly, with any person or entity;
• distribute, publish or share materials that are unlawfully pornographic or indecent, or that advocate bigotry, religious, racial or ethnic hatred;
• probe, scan, attack or otherwise test the vulnerability of any of our systems or network;
• breach or otherwise attempt to circumvent any security or authentication measures;
• access, tamper with, or use:
  • private areas of the Formidable Solutions' service
  • shared areas of the Formidable Solutions' service that you have not been invited to; or,
  • Formidable Solutions' (or our service providers’) computer systems;
• interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or our network through whatever means, including, by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing any part of the Services;
• plant malware or otherwise use the Formidable Solutions' service to distribute malware;
• access or search the Formidable Solutions' service by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces including the use of “scraping” tools;
• send unsolicited communications, promotions or advertisements, or spam; or,
• send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including “spoofing” or “phishing”.
